Bayliss Electrical Group were tasked with the challenge of a 10 week deadline to complete all lighting, power, data, networking and audio for this large 3010m2 fitout for Rebels new flagship store in Joondalup, set to be the biggest Rebel store in Australia.

The works included exposed cable tray, cabling for over 800 lights and power throughout the tenancy with ultra high speed CAT6A shielded data cabling throughout. The audio system consisted of 192 Bose speakers with Bose audio 100v line amplifiers controlled through the network to integrate with the national audio control.

All lighting is controlled by an integrated lighting control system. The Lutron system includes phase cut dimming relays for the lighting to all be automated and set to turn on and off and dim at pre-set times. The lighting system helps to achieve efficiency and extended life of the fittings and drivers as well as ease of use.

Bayliss Electrical Group tackled the project with care and precision, while over coming many scope changes and additions along the way to deliver a high quality finish on time to the client.
