Bayliss Electrical Group were selected by Swan Group to bring this dilapidated old building in the heart of Shenton Park to life.
Bayliss Electrical Group scope of works:
– Complete make safe and removal of all redundant services and cabling.
– Supply and installation of all architecturally designed lighting throughout the restaurant and new commercial LED lighting throughout the chefs kitchen.
– LED strip throughout the wine racks, bar area, joinery counters and booth seating.
– Carefully installed coated steel conduit to the face brick facade wall to create an industrial decor feel.
– A full clipsal inconic wiser lighting control system that can be operated automatically and manually over ridden and adjusted from anywhere in the world. Pre-set moods for different events and functions.
– Installation of Co2 sensors and alarms to the keg stores.
– Fully integrated and automated paradox alarm system with touch screen and smart phone operations.
– CCTV system
– Full data and communications install with a communications hub and UPS back up for essential operations.
– Removal of existing aged DBs and installation of a new commercial grade sub-distribution board with chassis and RCD protection throughout.
– Full audio system with Yamaha speakers and amplifier to create a pleasant and comforting background atmosphere to diners.
The project nature was evolving with scope changes and the late addition of a full design and construct Security, CCTV and Audio system to suit the client’s requirements.
